Woodcraft
Craftsmanship to last beyond a lifetime.
How We Work
Creative processes are natural and instinctive. We take inspiration from nature, from other designers and from you. We appreciate the relationships built when co-creating work with our clients.
Whether our work inspires you or your ideas inspire our work, we look forward to engaging with you in collaborative creation. Our final products are a joy to share with our customers as they reflect your personal preference combined with earth’s natural elements.
The Process
Sourcing Material
We select beautiful hardwoods, locally sourced
We also breathe new life into old furniture, pallet wood, or reclaimed lumber, depending on your preference
Finishing Touches
Cutting boards are treated with natural products to bring out the intrinsic beauty of the wood we use, without any chemicals, so you know your board is safe for those you feed.

Board Butter - Recommended application: Use soft cloth to apply butter daily for one week, then once the following week, once the next month, then reapply once every 4-6 months. We strongly recommend storing your board standing on end rather than laying flat. If you prefer to lay the board as a centerpiece, first stand the board on end for one month to allow the wood to acclimate to its new home. If using the board only for fruits and vegetables clean-up is simple with just wanter and towel dry. If the board is used for cutting meats, wash with hot water and gentle dish soap and dry immediately. NEVER EVER wash in a dishwasher. Never leave board wet - it may cause warping.
Your board includes a one-time compimentary board resurfacing (within 12 months).
